Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DMC Kreatif's website and web development services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
DMC Kreatif provides web development, e-commerce, SEO, and digital marketing services to businesses in Europe and the United Kingdom. Our service packages include: - Launch (€497): Custom landing page with responsive design - Growth (€997): Multi-page website with blog and advanced SEO - Scale (€1,997): Full website with multilingual support - Commerce (€2,997): E-commerce platform with payment integration - Care Plans (from €97/month): Ongoing maintenance and support We also offer ready-made website templates from €39. 2. Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required before work begins - The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery - Payments can be made via bank transfer (Wise) or online payment (LemonSqueezy) - All prices are in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT where applicable - Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee - Template purchases are non-refundable once customization work has begun
3. Project Delivery
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at project start - Timelines may be affected by client response times and feedback delays - Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in each package - Additional revisions may be charged at our standard hourly rate - Final files are delivered upon receipt of full payment
4. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom website design and content created specifically for their project - DMC Kreatif retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio - Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their original licenses - DMC Kreatif retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in development
5. Limitation of Liability
- DMC Kreatif's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service - We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages - We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions (hosting, payment processors, etc.) - Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website content
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice - If the client terminates, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date - If DMC Kreatif terminates, all completed work will be delivered to the client - Care Plan subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. The courts of Belgium shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms. Existing clients will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
