What this covers
This notice covers personal data collected through dmckreatif.com. It does not cover data held under a separate client agreement, which is governed by that contract.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you complete the contact form, we receive your name, company, email address, optional phone number, and the market, service, budget, timing and summary you selected or wrote. If you contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation is held in WhatsApp under its own terms.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your enquiry, and to hold the resulting correspondence. We do not use enquiry details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR / UK GDPR) and, where an enquiry precedes a contract, as a pre-contractual step (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through Hostinger’s SMTP service, which hosts our mailboxes, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both process data on our instructions in order to deliver the message.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
How long we keep it
Correspondence relating to an enquiry is kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the statutory retention periods applicable in the United Kingdom. You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you may request access to your data, ask for it to be corrected or erased, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Contact us using the details on this site and we will respond. You may also complain to your national supervisory authority — the ICO in the United Kingdom, the CNIL in France.
