Messages get deleted
An approval, a price, a promise: gone with “Delete for everyone”. The original of a deleted or edited message stays in the archive.
Phones get lost
A phone is lost, broken or reset. The archive is on the server, not on the phone. When the same number is linked again, the record continues where it stopped.
People leave
Conversations stay in your team’s archive, not on the employee’s phone. Authorised people can always reach them.
How it works
Link the number
Scan the QR code in the “Linked devices” menu of WhatsApp, or enter the pairing code.
The archive fills itself
Every incoming and outgoing message is written to the archive together with its file.
Your team works in the panel
Authorised people search, read, reply and export when needed.
WhatsApp sends part of the earlier history when a number is linked, and that part enters the archive. Older chats can be exported from the phone and imported in the panel.
More than an archive
Append-only archive
Messages are only added. In the panel, no user or admin can edit or delete a stored message.
Search and gallery
Search messages, contacts and files across all numbers. Photos, documents and voice notes in one place.
Access per number
Staff see only the numbers assigned to them. The database enforces the rule.
Access log
Who opened which chat and what they exported: every action is recorded.
Email alerts
If a number disconnects, the admin gets an email. The Evidence & Security plan adds alarms for deletion and unusual access.
Verifiable export
Every exported file comes with its SHA-256 hash. The Evidence & Security plan adds a time stamp and a chain of custody.

Shared cloud · 3–25 numbers
The permanent archive: deleted and edited messages are kept. Search, gallery, export and contacts. Reply and notifications in the panel. Two-factor sign-in is optional.

Everything in Starter, plus a server for your team only. Two-factor sign-in can be required for the whole team. A monthly health report.

Everything in Professional, on your own infrastructure. Single sign-on with Entra ID, Google Workspace or Okta. Hardware security keys and required two-factor sign-in. The panel opens only from the company network or VPN. A quarterly access review. No vendor access: support access is time-limited and logged.

AI features that run on Anthropic’s Claude models are planned for dvault. They are not available yet. The aim is to find the right information without reading thousands of chats.
Chat summary
A short summary of a long conversation: what was discussed, who promised what, what is still open.
Smart search
Search with an everyday sentence such as “customers who asked for a price last month”.
Risk alerts
Flags risky messages to the admin: card details, abuse or unauthorised promises.
Request tags
Sorts messages into topics such as order, complaint or price question, and reports by topic.
AI features are off by default and the team admin turns them on. The original archive never changes: the AI only reads, it edits no record.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if a phone is lost or reset?
The archive stays, because it is on the server, not on the phone. When the same number is linked again, the record continues where it stopped.
Does the archive include earlier messages?
Partly. The history that WhatsApp sends from the phone when the number is linked goes into the archive. Older chats can be exported from the phone and imported in the panel.
Does it use the official WhatsApp API?
No. The number is linked through the “Linked devices” feature of WhatsApp, and WhatsApp keeps working as usual on the phone. This is not an official Meta product.
Where is the data stored?
In the cloud plans, the database and files are in London (United Kingdom) and the WhatsApp connection server is in Nuremberg (Germany). In the on-premises plans, everything is on your own infrastructure.
Who can see the messages?
Only authorised people, and only the numbers assigned to them. The database enforces the rule, and every chat opened and every export is logged.
Must we tell our employees?
Yes. Employees must be told that work conversations are archived (GDPR). DMC Kreatif provides templates for the employee notice and the data processing agreement.
What does dvault cost?
The price depends on the plan and the setup. DMC Kreatif quotes it after a short conversation. No price is published on this page.
